Creation Time | Shipping | Returns | Refunds

Creation time: Most items take 3-10 business days. However, we ask for 10-15 business days during our busy seasons.  We will communicate with the purchaser if the order will take longer than 10 days to complete. 

Detailed embroidery items or multiple items may take longer. 

Shipping: items are sent priority mail through USPS, FEDEx or UPS. Once the product has shipped, tracking information will be remitted to the purchaser.  Mail carriers are experiencing delays at this time.  We are not responsible once your package has been delivered to the mail carrier.  You will need to dispute any shipping issues with the carrier. 

Returns: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please take a clear photo of the problem and email it to us at info@geauxsavvydesign.com, including your preferred contact method. Our team will reach out to discuss the matter and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Refund:

Refunds are not available for custom items. We understand the importance of meeting your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will make every effort to address them promptly.

Digitizing:  We change your files to a stitch file for our products.  Digitized files are for your garments only.  We do not supply the file to you.  If you require the file then we would need to charge the additional fee as our current digitizing fee is not the full price since we are providing a service for your garments.  

 

If you supply an embroidery file to us that does not stitch properly, we will let you know.  If we have to re-digitize a file you will be charged a fee for digitizing (fixing) your file.
